Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The corner led Provezza's Alessio Di Lorenzo to fire away a dangerous shot which Dennis Tomei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfredo Raniolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Tomei having to interfere. The supporters of Pedaghisa booed when Provezza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Trevisani didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Provezza's goalkeeper Beppe Pace had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domenico Pagliuca. Alfredo Raniolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Tomei having to interfere. Alessio Di Lorenzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dennis Tomei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Spinosa during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Provezza's Bruno Spinosa got a free kick in the 47th minute. Provezza's Beppe Pace played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amedeo Fantozzi in the 49th minute of play.

Pedaghisa's Dennis Tomei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Pedaghisa from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute, Fabio Trevisani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Provezza booed when Pedaghisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Candeloro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Fabio Trevisani in the 60th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 65th minute Arrigo Balestra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Pace saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes in the game, Fabio Trevisani fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dennis Tomei having to interfere.
