The supporters of Pescara booed when Termosteccone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Franceschini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Concetto Crognale fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Beppe Pascali hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Dario Del Gatto kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Pescara booed when Termosteccone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Ali didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Termosteccone FC's zone, Beppe Pascali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Fabrizi came out of the goal and Beppe Pascali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Concetto Crognale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Concetto Crognale took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Adriano Fabrizi to make any attempt to save it. Concetto Crognale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Termosteccone FC's Adriano Fabrizi got control of the ball when Beppe Pascali tried to sneak it across the goal line.

In the 57th minute Beppe Pascali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Fabrizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Pizziolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bolognini having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eraldo Ursini in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Bolognini saved Pescara from getting behind. Concetto Crognale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Concetto Crognale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Termosteccone FC got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Masi. Concetto Crognale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pescara's Concetto Crognale got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Beppe Pascali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Fabrizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlo Serra hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Pescara's Concetto Crognale, in the 90th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Pescara. Concetto Crognale hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Eraldo Ursini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Termosteccone FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eraldo Ursini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Bolognini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
