Concetto Cocca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enzo Bosco came out and tried to block the shot, but Concetto Cocca slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Carmine Palmisano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Enzo Bosco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Montemarzo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Cocca came free, but Enzo Bosco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmine Palmisano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Enzo Bosco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Domenico Ottaviani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Labate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fortunato Labate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Marcolongo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Cocca in the 41st minute of play forced Montemarzo AFC's goalkeeper Enzo Bosco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmine Palmisano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Enzo Bosco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Labate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Simonetti in the 47th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Cocca in the 57th minute of play forced Montemarzo AFC's goalkeeper Enzo Bosco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Caramagna's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Simonetti came free, but Fortunato Labate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Edmondo Simonetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Labate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Caramagna's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmondo Simonetti fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Domenico Ottaviani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Alex Sammartino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caramagna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montemarzo AFC the free kick. In the 75th minute, Alex Sammartino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmondo Simonetti in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fortunato Labate saved Caramagna from getting behind. During the 88th minute of the match Alex Sammartino completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alex Sammartino a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Alex Sammartino kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Caramagna's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Simonetti came free, but Fortunato Labate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caramagna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Montemarzo AFC for a fine match.
