Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Concetto Cocca started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Perugia f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Cocca came free, but Flavio Pinti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Alba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Labate having to interfere. Ciro Baciadonne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Labate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Franco De Michele hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Caramagna's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ciro Baciadonne fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fortunato Labate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Alba, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Palmisano in the 20th minute of play forced Perugia f.c.'s goalkeeper Flavio Pinti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Concetto Cocca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perugia f.c.'s Flavio Pinti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Flavio Rocchetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perugia f.c.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Rocchetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Concetto Cocca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Flavio Pinti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Biagio Alba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute Biagio Alba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Labate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Caramagna's Concetto Cocca in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perugia f.c.'s goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Caramagna getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Franco De Michele hit a great ball. Biagio Alba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fortunato Labate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Caramagna's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Alba came free, but Fortunato Labate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Alba to make the kick off. Flavio Pinti was a little too slow when Concetto Cocca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Concetto Cocca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Pinti having to interfere. Biagio Alba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Labate having to interfere. Flavio Pinti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Cocca in the 69th minute of the match. Carmine Palmisano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ciro Baciadonne came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Perugia f.c. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Baciadonne couldn't finish the play. Concetto Cocca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmine Palmisano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Flavio Pinti made a huge save. Caramagna's Concetto Cocca got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute of the match, Concetto Cocca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Flavio Pinti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carmine Palmisano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Flavio Pinti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Concetto Cocca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Concetto Cocca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Biagio Alba scored 1-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fortunato Labate, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caramagna had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
