After a defensive mix-up in athletic poggio's zone, Alessio Lucente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felice Ciaccia came out of the goal and Alessio Lucente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvise Stumpo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ennio Montanari having to interfere. After a rather tough play, athletic poggio's Fortunato Gargano got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for athletic poggio! Claudio Serafini placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felice Ciaccia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Alvise Stumpo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the athletic poggio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Stumpo couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Pontesiana A.F.C's goalkeeper Ennio Montanari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvise Stumpo. If Alvise Stumpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alvise Stumpo came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the athletic poggio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Stumpo couldn't finish the play.
