Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ferdinando Colantoni got the match started through his kick off. Fausto Santangelo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amerigo Facchetti went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to SC Ligorna 1922 getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alfonso Galeone hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Pili in the 19th minute of play forced SC Ligorna 1922's goalkeeper Andrea Schiavo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinando Colantoni received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andrea Schiavo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ferdinando Colantoni slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 20th minute. Andrea Schiavo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Conforti in the 23rd minute. Andrea Schiavo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinando Colantoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Intimiano FC's Fausto Santangelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Facchetti in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of SC Ligorna 1922 booed when Intimiano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Concetto Ritacco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Santangelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Marchesani, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Amerigo Facchetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amerigo Facchetti to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Intimiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Pili. In the 58th minute, Arrigo Prosperi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 63 minutes of play, Intimiano FC's Ferdinando Colantoni made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrea Schiavo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 69 minutes of play, SC Ligorna 1922's Eraldo Marchesani made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Santangelo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amerigo Facchetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Ligorna 1922's Andrea Schiavo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Conforti in the 77th minute of play. Andrea Crosta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Intimiano FC booed when SC Ligorna 1922 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Prosperi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Conforti scored 4-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrea Schiavo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, SC Ligorna 1922's Francesco Piccinini got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Amerigo Facchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Intimiano FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Ligorna 1922 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
