The Dark Passenger's Alexander Malinconico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Corleone in the 24th minute of play. Augusto Di Tullio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Malinconico having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Enzo Corleone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Milano Marittima AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Augusto Giuliani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Guerriero, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Augusto Giuliani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Guerriero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Di Pietro's late challenge caught a Milano Marittima AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edoardo Oddi charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edoardo Oddi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Milano Marittima AFC's Edoardo Oddi got a free kick in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ercole Leoni was the one to do the kick off. Ercole Leoni was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Corleone in the 93rd minute of play forced The Dark Passenger's goalkeeper Alexander Malinconico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Milano Marittima AFC were the better team. Milano Marittima AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
