Camillo Torelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Palumbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Anthony Ottaviani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porto Corsini's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borgo Grappa the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Porto Corsini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Ottaviani to maneuver through the defense. Anthony Palumbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alexander Colaussi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Palumbo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Camillo Torelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthony Palumbo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Camillo Torelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borgo Grappa. If Anthony Palumbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camillo Torelli made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Anthony Palumbo sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Cristoforo Santucci made a precise shot to the right of Camillo Torelli. Porto Corsini's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 42nd minute of the match, Cristoforo Santucci got a very nice opportunity to score, but Camillo Torelli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cosimo Russo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Anthony Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthony Buffone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Russo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosimo Russo to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Porto Corsini's goal looked a bit too open when Anthony Palumbo came free, but Camillo Torelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Cosimo Russo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Buffone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Di Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anthony Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Spiazzi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes, Borgo Grappa's Carmine Casadei shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camillo Torelli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Borgo Grappa reached it. After 69 minutes of play, Borgo Grappa's Cristoforo Santucci made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camillo Torelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dave Di Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute.
