Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute of the match Alessio Di Battista sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Comunardo Santoro skillfully saved the ball. If Armando Garofoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Edmondo Pellicciotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Comunardo Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Garofoli in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, FC Cougars's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Garofoli came free, but Comunardo Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mezzeno's Armando Garofoli in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Cougars's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute, Federico Ruzzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Cougars's Fedele Giacomozzi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mezzeno. Mezzeno's Carmine Petrocchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Parco in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Pellicciotta in the 37th minute of play forced FC Cougars's goalkeeper Comunardo Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Pellicciotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Comunardo Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Parco to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Federico Ruzzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmine Petrocchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco De Gregorio in the 53rd minute of the match. After 59 played minutes, Mezzeno's Fortunato Fabrizio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Comunardo Santoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mezzeno reached it. With a little luck, FC Cougars's Comunardo Santoro got control of the ball when Edmondo Pellicciotta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Biagio Parco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Comunardo Santoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Garofoli's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Comunardo Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Garofoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmondo Pellicciotta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Comunardo Santoro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carmine Petrocchi came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cougars's Franco De Gregorio. But to his dismay, Franco De Gregorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Carmine Petrocchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco De Gregorio in the 91st minute of play. If Franco De Gregorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
