Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dinamo Telo's Adriano Minicucci started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Franco Schiavo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Lucentini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Ritacco, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Dinamo Telo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Carlo Maiorano scored to the left of an out of position Comunardo Guidone, making the score, 1-0. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dinamo Telo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amos Zarrella was slow to take the kick. During this time Macherio's players had a chance to rest. Comunardo Di Giambattista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Lucentini having to interfere. Alvaro Lucentini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Minicucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Ennio Marra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alvaro Lucentini came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Telo's Adriano Minicucci. But to his dismay, Adriano Minicucci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Carlo Maiorano came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Macherio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Maiorano couldn't finish the play. Carlo Maiorano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Guidone having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlo Maiorano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Lucentini made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Adriano Minicucci sent off a good shot on target. Ennio Marra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Guidone having to interfere. Aurelio Ritacco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franco Schiavo's late challenge caught a Dinamo Telo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Franco Schiavo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dinamo Telo booed when Macherio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Schiavo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Ritacco came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alvaro Lucentini could save by the left post. Comunardo Guidone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Maiorano in the 65th minute of play. Comunardo Guidone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennio Marra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Comunardo Di Giambattista's late challenge caught a Macherio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Comunardo Di Giambattista helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Dinamo Telo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Comunardo Di Giambattista hit a great ball. After 70th play minutes Carlo Maiorano shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Comunardo Guidone and just under the crossbar into goal. Comunardo Di Giambattista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alvaro Lucentini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Comunardo Guidone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Maiorano, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Adriano Minicucci took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Lucentini. Alvaro Lucentini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 88th minute, Adriano Minicucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Comunardo Di Giambattista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Lucentini having to interfere. Macherio's Ennio Marra pulled a muscle in his back after 92 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ercole Tacco during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 92 minutes into the game, one of Dinamo Telo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Macherio's Carlo Maiorano got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Macherio had won after a very even match.
