With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anselmo Macchione in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Macchione saved Bellariva from getting behind. In the 8th minute, Flavio Abbagnale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Eleuteri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bianco Bianco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Papa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Carpineta FC's Diego Eleuteri. Diego Eleuteri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eugenio Pezzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Macchione having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Macchione made a kick off. Diego Eleuteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrizio Papa in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Eugenio Pezzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carpineta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Pezzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabrizio Papa during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Carpineta FC booed when Bellariva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Papa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrizio Papa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrea Macchione made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Macchione in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Papa in the 73rd minute of play forced Carpineta FC's goalkeeper Diego Eleuteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87th play minutes Fabrizio Papa shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Diego Eleuteri and just under the crossbar into goal. Eugenio Pezzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Bellariva support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
