Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberigo Frasca made the kick off which started today's match. Alberigo Frasca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amedeo Marinacci having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, FC Casertana's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Polito came free, but Dennis Tagliente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Carlo Iacomini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dennis Tagliente made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Davide Rulli sent off a good shot on target. Bernardo Polito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Tagliente having to interfere. FC Casertana's Dennis Tagliente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Polito in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide Rulli got free with Dennis Tagliente in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Maris FC booed when FC Casertana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Manna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Maris FC defense, Alberigo Frasca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amedeo Marinacci. The Maris FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amedeo Marinacci should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the match, FC Casertana's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Polito came free, but Dennis Tagliente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Casertana's zone, Davide Rulli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Tagliente came out of the goal and Davide Rulli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Polito to strike the kick off in the second half. Dennis Tagliente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Polito in the 52nd minute of play. Frank Scherens hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Diego Manna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amedeo Marinacci. That made the score 0-2 in the 62 minute of play. In the 69th minute, Diego Manna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlo Iacomini succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. In the 74th minute Bernardo Polito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Tagliente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maris FC's Ciro Corsi got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Corrado Spitaleri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maris FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Casertana the free kick. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maris FC! Diego Manna kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Maris FC's Amedeo Marinacci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Iacomini in the 93rd minute of play. Bernardo Polito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Casertana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
