With 6 minutes on the clock, Edoardo Cavaliere commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Tottenham booed when ReAlma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Cavaliere didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Corrado Sarnelli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexander Tristezza skillfully saved the ball. Augusto Passalacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Alfredo Egidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Augusto Passalacqua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damiano Cavanna kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Bruno Pietropaolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tottenham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ReAlma the free kick. In the 20th match minute, Tottenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Pietropaolo to maneuver through the defense. If Augusto Passalacqua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Augusto Passalacqua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Egidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concetto Palladino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Egidi having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Taglieri was the one to do the kick off. Concetto Palladino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Alfredo Egidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Egidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Passalacqua in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Passalacqua in the 59th minute of play forced Tottenham's goalkeeper Alfredo Egidi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alvaro Taglieri came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tottenham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Taglieri couldn't finish the play. ReAlma's Augusto Passalacqua got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Tristezza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Taglieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Augusto Passalacqua managed to get in a good position for a shot. ReAlma's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Passalacqua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Egidi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Carlo Abete fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tottenham's protests and gave Carlo Abete a yellow card for diving instead. Carlo Abete hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Alvaro Taglieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alvaro Taglieri came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Tottenham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Taglieri couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Alvaro Taglieri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Tristezza. ReAlma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Taglieri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Augusto Passalacqua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Taglieri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Tristezza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Tottenham's Alfredo Egidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Passalacqua in the 85th minute of play. Alexander Tristezza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Taglieri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Alvaro Taglieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Tristezza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ReAlma played a much better game than Tottenham and deserved their victory. The Tottenham players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
