Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Di Gennaro started the match with the kick off. Fortunato Pardini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Santagata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Fortunato Pardini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Christian Santagata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Santagata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fortunato Pardini went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Fortunato Pardini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boara FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fortunato Pardini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Santagata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 24 played minutes Boara FC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Prandini. In the 25th minute Fedele Di Sante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Santagata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Cieri in the 29th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Damiano Trinca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Cristoforo AFC and the Boara FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes San Cristoforo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Trinca. Boara FC's Aurelio Baresi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christian Santagata but with some difficulty. If Fortunato Pardini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, San Cristoforo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Cieri came free, but Christian Santagata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domenico Ronconi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrico Cieri was the one to do the kick off. Federico Fiordelisi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Di Gennaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fedele Addario kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Alberigo Lemme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Santagata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Pardini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Fiordelisi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Di Fazio in the 64th minute. Federico Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by San Cristoforo AFC's Frank Di Fazio. But to his dismay, Frank Di Fazio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Domenico Ronconi kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. When Fortunato Pardini got free in front of the goal in the 77th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Christian Santagata was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to San Cristoforo AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Alberigo Lemme hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Aurelio Baresi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Fabio Di Gennaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrico Cieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Enrico Cieri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
