Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ferruccio Russi got the match started through his kick off. If Ferruccio Russi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 5 minutes of play, Lainate AFC's Arturo Albertini made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edoardo Ruscitti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edoardo Ruscitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Albertini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Aurelio Martini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edoardo Ruscitti. Roata Rossi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelio Martini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 14 minutes into the game, Aurelio Martini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lainate AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roata Rossi the free kick. In the 15th match minute, Lainate AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Martini to maneuver through the defense. Alberigo Arcari's late challenge caught a Roata Rossi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberigo Arcari helped the player get up and apologised. 17 minutes into the game, one of Lainate AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lainate AFC:s Alessandro Cinalli showed great skill when he stopped Dennis Di Ruscio:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Roata Rossi's Dennis Di Ruscio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alessandro Cinalli. That made the score 1-2 after 19 minutes of play. With a little luck, Lainate AFC's Alessandro Cinalli got control of the ball when Camillo Spinosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arturo Albertini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Roata Rossi's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Russi came free, but Edoardo Ruscitti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferruccio Russi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ciro Caiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alessandro Cinalli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Camillo Spinosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camillo Spinosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alessandro Cinalli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Roata Rossi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lainate AFC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Caiola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Camillo Spinosa took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Cinalli. Alessandro Cinalli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arrigo Fino in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edoardo Ruscitti saved Roata Rossi from getting behind. In the 62nd match minute, Roata Rossi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Di Ruscio to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Roata Rossi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ferruccio Russi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Edoardo Ruscitti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Russi, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Roata Rossi's Dennis Di Ruscio got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Arturo Albertini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lainate AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Albertini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferruccio Russi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Edoardo Ruscitti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Albertini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edoardo Ruscitti having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Roata Rossi's zone, Arturo Albertini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Ruscitti came out of the goal and Arturo Albertini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Lainate AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Ritacco to maneuver through the defense. Dennis Di Ruscio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alessandro Cinalli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Camillo Spinosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alessandro Cinalli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dennis Di Ruscio lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Roata Rossi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lainate AFC:s goal. The referee gave Lainate AFC a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Achille Ritacco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Roata Rossi's Edoardo Ruscitti. 2-3. Arturo Albertini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Lainate AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Roata Rossi.
