The tension between the giglio AFC and the SACRO CUORE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dave Molinario kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Christian Puce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to giglio AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Filippo Crisantemo hit a great ball. If Christian Puce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Dennis Palombi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Ferrara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the giglio AFC defense, Christian Puce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fausto Santagata. The giglio AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fausto Santagata should have stopped the shot. A collision led to giglio AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dennis Palombi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Ferrara having to interfere. Dino Lauria might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Ferrara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Lauria ran back to his position shaking his head. If Fabrizio Ferraris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felice Pasinati's late challenge caught a giglio AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felice Pasinati helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SACRO CUORE getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Felice Pasinati hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, giglio AFC's Dave Molinario broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bruno Ferrara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Palombi in the 44th minute of the match. Christian Puce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Fabrizio Ferraris made the kick off in the second half. If Fabrizio Ferraris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabrizio Ferraris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Santagata having to interfere. SACRO CUORE's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Fausto Santagata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrizio Ferraris in the 73rd minute of play. Alex Cavanna hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Dennis Palombi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Ferrara having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Dino Lauria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bruno Ferrara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Christian Puce managed to get in a good position for a shot. SACRO CUORE's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Puce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Santagata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabrizio Ferraris in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Santagata saved giglio AFC from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
