Pontevigodarzere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montespaccato FC the free kick. Adriano Cauli might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthony De Francesco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Cauli made a kick off. Montespaccato FC's Alberto Nicolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Zangari in the 59th minute of play. If Christian Coscarella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
