Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexander Valcareggi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alvaro Sartori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ferrara were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after VALEVALE FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniele Feliziani took the corner. Ferrara's Daniele Feliziani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ettore Sisti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniele Orsini hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ettore Sisti acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 11th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Adriano Bertini. Daniele Orsini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Chiappini having to interfere. If Fabrizio Munno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferrara's Dino Chiappini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Orsini in the 26th minute of play. If Daniele Orsini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes Ferrara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Damiano Festa who took care of the corner kick. Ernesto Della Francesca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dino Chiappini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Orsini in the 45th minute of play forced Ferrara's goalkeeper Dino Chiappini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniele Orsini made a kick off. With his leg Dino Chiappini managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when VALEVALE FC's Ernesto Della Francesca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniele Orsini in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Chiappini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Daniele Orsini managed to get in a good position for a shot. VALEVALE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniele Orsini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Chiappini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of VALEVALE FC booed when Ferrara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Cala didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Daniele Orsini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 67th minute, Camillo Cala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, VALEVALE FC's Damiano Festa tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ferrara's Daniele Feliziani got a free kick in the 75th minute. Ernesto Della Francesca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dino Chiappini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Daniele Orsini managed to get in a good position for a shot. VALEVALE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniele Orsini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Della Francesca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dino Chiappini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Ernesto Della Francesca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dino Chiappini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ferrara's Dino Chiappini got control of the ball when Ernesto Della Francesca tried to sneak it across the goal line. VALEVALE FC played a much better game than Ferrara and deserved their victory. The Ferrara players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
