Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmondo Marcon kicked off to start the match. Alfonso Musso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Ragazzoni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmondo Marcon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Beppe De Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Corrado Apolloni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beppe De Vito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfonso Musso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Ragazzoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Marcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from Alfonso Musso in the 29thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Davide Ragazzoni had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfonso Musso got free with Davide Ragazzoni in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferdinando Corrente was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Corrado Apolloni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe De Vito in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmondo Marcon in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davide Ragazzoni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmondo Marcon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Ragazzoni having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beppe De Vito was the one to do the kick off. Edmondo Marcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Davide Ragazzoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camogli's Beppe De Vito got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Villanova De Bellis's Corrado Apolloni got control of the ball when Cosimo Santalucia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Alfonso Musso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villanova De Bellis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 75th play minutes Fausto Di Febo shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Corrado Apolloni and just under the crossbar into goal. Alfonso Musso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmondo Marcon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edmondo Marcon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Camogli players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villanova De Bellis.
