Alvaro Carlucci charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Achille Canzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Amicone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Cilli in the 44th minute of play forced GIUMA's goalkeeper Alberigo Alfani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciccio Cilli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Alfani having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ciccio Cilli was the one to do the kick off. Emilio Ricciuti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Alberigo Alfani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, GIUMA's Alberigo Alfani got control of the ball when Ciccio Cilli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achille Canzano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Amicone in the 56th minute of the match. If Alberto Amicone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achille Canzano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Fortuna, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Alberigo Alfani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciccio Cilli in the 69th minute. Achille Canzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Amicone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciccio Cilli struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Alberigo Alfani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paparotti FC. Biagio Fortuna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achille Canzano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Fortuna, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Alberigo Alfani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Tagliente in the 89th minute of the match. Elia Maiorano hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in GIUMA's zone, Ciccio Cilli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Alfani came out of the goal and Ciccio Cilli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
