Camillo Garofoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corrado Guerini in the 32nd minute of the match. After 35 minutes of play, Gussago's Dennis Battisti made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camillo Garofoli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Gussago's Achille Cellucci got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Lupe Futbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gussago were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Achille Cellucci made a kick off. Camillo Garofoli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Achille Cellucci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Lupe Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ennio Petrosino to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Anselmo Silvagni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gussago's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Camillo Garofoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Cellucci in the 81st minute of play. Corrado Guerini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Camillo Garofoli made a huge save. Florian Bolognini kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Federico Balboni kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gussago's Alex Biagetti got a free kick in the 99th minute. When the match was over Gussago could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lupe Futbol Club throughout the match.
