In the 45th minute, Filippo Manzoli made a precise shot to the right of Concetto Capaldo. Litta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Trento AFC's Francesco Pantalone got a free kick in the 55th minute. Litta AFC's Ferdinando Granata got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Litta AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trento AFC:s goal. Concetto Capaldo had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Francesco Pantalone's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Francesco Pantalone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Francesco Pantalone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
