Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Comunardo Braccia got the match started through his kick off. Bernardo Di Luca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Frank Biagetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Torri got a freekick which was hit by Davide Santone. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Bernardo Di Luca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Niubb Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Di Luca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Biagetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Di Luca was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Niubb Team's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 16 played minutes Torri got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Mariotti. Emilio Gelsomini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Biagetti having to interfere. Enrico Zoccolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Comunardo Braccia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Torri's Enrico Zoccolo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonio Formaggio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Comunardo Braccia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Comunardo Braccia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Formaggio having to interfere. Antonio Formaggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Zoccolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Formaggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico Zoccolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Zoccolo in the 42nd minute of play forced Niubb Team's goalkeeper Antonio Formaggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Bernardo Di Luca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Biagetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Formaggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comunardo Braccia in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

If Bernardo Di Luca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Biagetti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Gelsomini's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Comunardo Braccia in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Formaggio saved Niubb Team from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Torri's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Gelsomini came free, but Frank Biagetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Di Luca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torri's Enrico Zoccolo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Biagetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Di Luca in the 81st minute of play. Frank Biagetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Gelsomini, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Enrico Zoccolo came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antonio Formaggio could save by the left post. 89 minutes into the game, Enrico Zoccolo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Formaggio. Enrico Zoccolo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
