Bernardo Cinque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Bernardo Cinque managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aek Pisa's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Cinque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Di Toma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermanno Palmieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Sciascia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Faccio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Di Toma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Ranalli in the 31st minute. The wind increased when Alex Faccio made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Aek Pisa's zone, Alex Faccio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermanno Palmieri came out of the goal and Alex Faccio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Aurelio Ranalli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Fata hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Aurelio Ranalli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexander Di Toma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Ranalli, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Aurelio Ranalli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domenico Sciascia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermanno Palmieri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play.
