The Nuova AS Gualdo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alessio Antonioni hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Cristoforo De Cesaris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Gelsomini in the 20th minute of the match. Dario Silveri's late challenge caught a Nuova AS Gualdo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Silveri helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Silveri hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfilogino Piccoli got free with Claudio Federici in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristoforo De Cesaris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amedeo Gelsomini went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Amedeo Gelsomini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo De Cesaris having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Dino Corelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Cristoforo De Cesaris made a huge save. A collision led to Torri getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dennis Magliocco hit a great ball. With a little luck, Torri's Cristoforo De Cesaris got control of the ball when Dino Corelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Torri's Florian Bevilacqua made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Federici was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florian Bevilacqua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Nuova AS Gualdo's supporters rose to their feet, but Amedeo Gelsomini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristoforo De Cesaris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristoforo De Cesaris made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dino Corelli sent off a good shot on target.
