Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amedeo Gelsomini kicked off to start the match. When Asseggiano FC's Amerigo Colombo in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nuova AS Gualdo's goalie prevented a goal. Bernardo Gismondi kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Edmondo Urbani made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Amedeo Gelsomini sent off a good shot on target. Emilio Franceschini charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emilio Franceschini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emilio Franceschini hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Claudio Federici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Colombo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Claudio Federici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Capuozzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ettore Tuzzolino charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ettore Tuzzolino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claudio Federici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Capuozzi in the 24th minute of play. Claudio Federici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Colombo in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nuova AS Gualdo's Franco Ciccone got a free kick in the 34th minute. Asseggiano FC's Cesare Armellini couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nuova AS Gualdo. With a little luck, Asseggiano FC's Edmondo Urbani got control of the ball when Dino Corelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Capuozzi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nuova AS Gualdo's Claudio Federici. Claudio Federici was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristoforo Capuozzi made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Asseggiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Attilio Cinque. After a rather tough play, Asseggiano FC's Emilio Franceschini got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Cristoforo Capuozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asseggiano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristoforo Capuozzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Federici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristoforo Capuozzi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Asseggiano FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Amerigo Colombo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Claudio Federici when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 64 minutes of play Nuova AS Gualdo's Franco Ciccone was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Asseggiano FC booed when Nuova AS Gualdo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Ciccone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Attilio Cinque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asseggiano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attilio Cinque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristoforo Capuozzi charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo Capuozzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amerigo Colombo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Claudio Federici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuova AS Gualdo's Dino Corelli got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Asseggiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attilio Cinque to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Attilio Cinque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dino Corelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmondo Urbani having to interfere. Nuova AS Gualdo's Amedeo Gelsomini got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Asseggiano FC's zone, Dino Corelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmondo Urbani came out of the goal and Dino Corelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asseggiano FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
