Anfilogino Valeriani started the match with the kick off. Olgiate Olona AFC's Claudio Muzzatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmondo Fanelli in the 3rd minute of play. Amerigo Melone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfonso Bordon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Claudio Muzzatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amerigo Melone's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Claudio Muzzatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Melone in the 14th minute of the match. Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's Edmondo Fanelli got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Amerigo Melone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's supporters rose to their feet, but Amerigo Melone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Muzzatti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claudio Muzzatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Fanelli in the 18th minute of the match. Edmondo Fanelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Bordon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amerigo Melone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Muzzatti having to interfere. If Edmondo Fanelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Amerigo Melone came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Melone couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass defense, Alfonso Bordon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Caiola. The Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Caiola should have stopped the shot. If Amerigo Melone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amerigo Melone made a kick off. If Anfilogino Valeriani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's Concetto Caiola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Valeriani in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's zone, Alfonso Bordon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Caiola came out of the goal and Alfonso Bordon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Alfonso Bordon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Caiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's Amerigo Melone in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olgiate Olona AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Beppe Fontanive was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 73 minutes, Emiliano Leoni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olgiate Olona AFC and the Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Olgiate Olona AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Emiliano Leoni hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Amerigo Melone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Muzzatti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Edmondo Fanelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amerigo Melone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Claudio Muzzatti made a huge save. 83 minutes into the game, Ciro Saturno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olgiate Olona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass the free kick. Ciro Saturno kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Amedeo Mannella shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Muzzatti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amerigo Melone scored 1-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Muzzatti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Edmondo Fanelli came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tenaglia NoMax Int&Pass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmondo Fanelli couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 92 in the game by Amerigo Melone from a close distance when the talented Claudio Muzzatti managed to make a qualified save. Olgiate Olona AFC's players were relieved.
