Davide Arcari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Rotondi, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Davide Arcari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Rotondi in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Anfilogino Maio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Donato Bobbio, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Cassanigo AFC's Donato Bobbio got control of the ball when Demetrio Walcher tried to sneak it across the goal line. Davide Arcari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Panico in the 17th minute of play. Arrigo Perazzolo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Fausto Rotondi struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Davide Arcari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cassanigo AFC. Anfilogino Maio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Bobbio having to interfere. Anfilogino Maio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Donato Bobbio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Bobbio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Maio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Demetrio Walcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Bobbio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Demetrio Walcher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demetrio Walcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Bobbio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Demetrio Walcher ran back to his position shaking his head. Fausto Rotondi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Davide Arcari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesare Panico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Davide Arcari having to make a save. 48 minutes into the match, Limito FC's Fabiano Zisser broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesare Panico was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Cassanigo AFC's Fausto Rotondi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davide Arcari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 53 minutes into the game, Arrigo Perazzolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cassanigo AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Limito FC's Arrigo Perazzolo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Cassanigo AFC's Fausto Rotondi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davide Arcari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Limito FC's Demetrio Walcher got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Davide Arcari made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Fausto Rotondi sent off a good shot on target. Anfilogino Maio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Rotondi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Limito FC's zone, Cesare Panico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davide Arcari came out of the goal and Cesare Panico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Demetrio Walcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Bobbio having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Limito FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Falcone. Davide Arcari made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Fausto Rotondi sent off a good shot on target. Cesare Panico struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Davide Arcari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cassanigo AFC. After 91 played minutes, Limito FC's Edmondo Di Rado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donato Bobbio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Limito FC reached it. The supporters of Limito FC booed when Cassanigo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Rotondi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Cesare Panico fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
