Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Flavio De Leonardis kicked off to start the match. Ponte Galeria FC's Florian Colombo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Gianfrancesco in the 3rd minute of play. If Davide Di Febo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Attilio Panico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florian Colombo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio De Leonardis in the 11th minute of play. Comunardo Tabacco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Panico, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Comunardo Tabacco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davide Di Febo in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide Di Febo got free with Comunardo Tabacco in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Davide Di Febo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Comunardo Tabacco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Comunardo Tabacco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Panico in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Villamontagna AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Panico came free, but Comunardo Tabacco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavio De Leonardis in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florian Colombo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexander Gianfrancesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Colombo having to interfere. If Attilio Panico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Attilio Panico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Comunardo Tabacco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ponte Galeria FC's zone, Alexander Gianfrancesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Colombo came out of the goal and Alexander Gianfrancesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Ponte Galeria FC booed when Villamontagna AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Marzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, one of Villamontagna AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Davide Di Febo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Tabacco having to interfere. If Alexander Gianfrancesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Flavio De Leonardis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Colombo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Villamontagna AFC's Alexander Gianfrancesco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Colombo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Comunardo Tabacco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Panico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villamontagna AFC's Comunardo Tabacco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Panico in the 85th minute of play. Attilio Panico struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Comunardo Tabacco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ponte Galeria FC. Attilio Panico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
