The supporters of Salice Cálabro FC booed when Olmo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Giacomini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Zaino kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Fausto Domina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Domina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Gabriele having to interfere. Felice Terrasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Calcio in the 44th minute of the match. Frank Zaino kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrea De Cristofaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felice Terrasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea De Cristofaro in the 52nd minute of play. Salice Cálabro FC's Andrea De Cristofaro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Fausto Domina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea De Cristofaro in the 95th minute of play forced Olmo's goalkeeper Felice Terrasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Salice Cálabro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
