A collision led to Italian Horse AS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Angelo Sampo hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Italian Horse AS's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Zarrella came free, but Franco Gerola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camillo Petricca hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
