Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domenico Baggio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Concetto Pascali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Valcareggi in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Domenico Baggio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mariano Comense's Concetto Pascali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of REAL MASSERIA booed when Mariano Comense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corrado Cirulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Domenico Baggio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Concetto Pascali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenico Baggio in the 11th minute of play. Domenico Baggio struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Concetto Pascali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAL MASSERIA. REAL MASSERIA's Concetto Valcareggi got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Florio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Florio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Davide Marrone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Florio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Mariano Comense's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Davide Marrone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Corrado Cirulli went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alex Florio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Davide Marrone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alex Florio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mariano Comense's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Florio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davide Marrone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corrado Cirulli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Marrone having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Arrigo Caracciolo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariano Comense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arrigo Caracciolo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Mariano Comense's Alex Florio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davide Marrone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amedeo Como sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, REAL MASSERIA's Amos Giancristofaro got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Florio was the one to do the kick off. Alex Florio might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davide Marrone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alex Florio ran back to his position shaking his head. Davide Marrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Florio in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Arrigo Caracciolo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of REAL MASSERIA's Davide Marrone. Davide Marrone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alex Florio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenico Baggio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Marrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Florio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Alex Florio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Cirulli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mariano Comense's goalkeeper Concetto Pascali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Alex Florio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, Alex Florio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariano Comense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The Mariano Comense fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Mariano Comense's Alex Florio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Concetto Valcareggi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Comense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
