Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alvise Facchini made the kick off which started today's match. Pigneto Team's Enzo De Rubeis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvise Facchini in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Pigneto Team getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fulvio Oriali hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pigneto Team's zone, Ciro Caroli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo De Rubeis came out of the goal and Ciro Caroli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, Alvise Facchini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enzo De Rubeis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Forte in the 16th minute of play forced Alfonsine FC 1921's goalkeeper Arturo Mantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ciro Caroli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute of the match Federico Piccini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo De Rubeis skillfully saved the ball. When Alvise Facchini came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Alfonsine FC 1921 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Facchini couldn't finish the play. Arturo Mantini made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ciccio Mancinelli sent off a good shot on target. Amerigo Gigli's late challenge caught a Pigneto Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amerigo Gigli helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Alfonsine FC 1921's Amerigo Gigli got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Pigneto Team's goal looked a bit too open when Alvise Facchini came free, but Enzo De Rubeis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Liberti charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Liberti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Emiliano Liberti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match Christian Mori sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo De Rubeis skillfully saved the ball. Alvise Facchini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo De Rubeis having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Ciccio Mancinelli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 46thth minute of the game Alvise Facchini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pigneto Team's Enzo De Rubeis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Pigneto Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alfonsine FC 1921 were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthony Forte to strike the kick off in the second half. Anthony Forte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Arturo Mantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, one of Pigneto Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pigneto Team. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Alfonsine FC 1921. Christian Mori stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Enzo De Rubeis. 0-2. Ciro Caroli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 62 minutes of play Pigneto Team's Emiliano Liberti was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 63rd match minute, Pigneto Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Liberti to maneuver through the defense. Enzo De Rubeis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Facchini, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ciro Caroli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo De Rubeis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pigneto Team's Edmondo Petito got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Enzo De Rubeis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvise Facchini in the 74th minute. Ciccio Mancinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arturo Mantini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciccio Mancinelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Donato Belardi took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Mantini. Arturo Mantini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to Pigneto Team getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ciccio Mancinelli hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pigneto Team's zone, Ciro Caroli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo De Rubeis came out of the goal and Ciro Caroli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo De Rubeis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvise Facchini's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Mancinelli in the 94th minute of play forced Alfonsine FC 1921's goalkeeper Arturo Mantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonsine FC 1921's Amerigo Gigli got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciro Caroli struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Enzo De Rubeis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alfonsine FC 1921. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alfonsine FC 1921 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
