Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fausto Gulli started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Stiolo's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Gulli came free, but Fausto Lio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damiano Cieri hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute, Adriano Menichini made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Lio. Stiolo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Fausto Gulli hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Fausto Lio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Menichini in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on Stiolo's corner Franco Biagetti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elia Garofoli quite easily take care of the ball. Fausto Lio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Gulli in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Adriano Menichini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Isolotto's Adriano Menichini got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fausto Gulli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Lio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Gulli in the 42nd minute of play forced Stiolo's goalkeeper Fausto Lio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Isolotto's Felice Rossetti got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fausto Lio.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Russi was the one to do the kick off. Isolotto's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dave Russi 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Cesare Tundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Garofoli having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Isolotto's zone, Dave Russi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elia Garofoli came out of the goal and Dave Russi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adriano Menichini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Lio having to interfere. Fausto Gulli succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Russi in the 70th minute of play forced Isolotto's goalkeeper Elia Garofoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Isolotto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emanuele Marconi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Isolotto's Elia Garofoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Russi in the 74th minute of play. Fausto Lio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Gulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute Adriano Menichini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Lio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stiolo's Dave Russi got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Stiolo booed when Isolotto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Di Pietrantonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adriano Menichini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Lio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Gulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Isolotto were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Stiolo for a fine match.
