Flavio Cocca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Pasinati in the 4th minute of play. After some careless play in the Verziani FC defense, Bianco Chiarelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Musso. The Verziani FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Musso should have stopped the shot. Bianco Montagna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Musso having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Bianco Montagna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Musso. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Bianco Montagna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Federico Musso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bianco Chiarelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Musso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bianco Chiarelli ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th match minute, Verziani FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Punta to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the game, Ferdinando Pasinati cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Flavio Cocca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Verziani FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ernesto Speranza hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Albinea FC were awarded a corner. Felice Imperiale went to the cornerflag to take it. Flavio Cocca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Pasinati in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bianco Montagna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Davide Chizzo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Musso skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Bianco Montagna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Musso. Verziani FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bianco Montagna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 62nd minute Ferdinando Pasinati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Cocca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Verziani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bianco Montagna came free, but Federico Musso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Punta charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Punta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Verziani FC's Eugenio Punta got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Felice Imperiale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Musso skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Verziani FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Aldo Riso hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Verziani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Imperiale came free, but Federico Musso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Punta got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Eugenio Punta kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Felice Imperiale shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Musso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bianco Montagna struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Federico Musso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albinea FC. Federico Musso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Chiarelli in the 84th minute of play. Alessandro Della Rocca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Verziani FC's Ernesto Speranza got a free kick in the 97th minute. Albinea FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
