Anakyn FC's Antonio De Felice played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Gabriele in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Anakyn FC's Claudio Pazienza got a free kick in the 6th minute. Fulvio Caneva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Donatelli having to interfere. Enzo Donatelli made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Fulvio Caneva sent off a good shot on target. If Emiliano Gabriele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Donatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Pazienza in the 14th minute of play. Enzo Donatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Pazienza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulvio Caneva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Donatelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Pazienza's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. AC Monteverde's Enzo Donatelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save AC Monteverde from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Bellomo struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Antonio De Felice didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Monteverde. AC Monteverde's Enzo Donatelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save AC Monteverde from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Amedeo Franceschi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio De Felice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Casadei in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Claudio Pazienza made the kick off in the second half. Claudio Pazienza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Enzo Donatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Anakyn FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Achille Casadei shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 63rd minute, Claudio Pazienza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enzo Donatelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 68th minute, Ferdinando Giancola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Emiliano Bellomo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Monteverde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anakyn FC the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, AC Monteverde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Bellomo to maneuver through the defense. After 72 played minutes, Anakyn FC's Amedeo Franceschi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enzo Donatelli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anakyn FC reached it. Enzo Donatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Canuto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 81 minutes, Fulvio Caneva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anakyn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulvio Caneva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claudio Pazienza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fulvio Caneva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Claudio Pazienza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Donatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fulvio Caneva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, AC Monteverde's Filippo Fantauzzi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fulvio Caneva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Claudio Pazienza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Fulvio Caneva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anakyn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulvio Caneva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Donatelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
