Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlo De Carolis got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Tristezza in the 5th minute of play forced Gassino Torinese's goalkeeper Alessio Franceschini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biagio Vinci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio Franceschini having to interfere. Gassino Torinese's Alessio Franceschini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille Salemme in the 9th minute of play. When Villagrazia AFC's Biagio Vinci in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gassino Torinese's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 minutes, Biagio Vinci made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. When Carlo Tristezza fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villagrazia AFC's protests and gave Carlo Tristezza a yellow card for diving instead. Carlo Tristezza hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Achille Salemme scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessio Franceschini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Biagio Vinci scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessio Franceschini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlo Tristezza hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Achille Salemme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ennio Vinci hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ernesto Lattanzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alessio Franceschini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Achille Salemme made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Gassino Torinese's goalkeeper Alessio Franceschini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Achille Salemme. After a defensive mix-up in Gassino Torinese's zone, Biagio Vinci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessio Franceschini came out of the goal and Biagio Vinci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ennio Vinci hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Alessio Franceschini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Achille Salemme in the 62nd minute. Ernesto Lattanzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Alessio Franceschini made a huge save. Dino Rinaldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Beppe Di Carlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Edoardo Gerola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Cristoforo Oddi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gassino Torinese's Alessio Franceschini didn't even have to move. Biagio Vinci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessio Franceschini having to make a save. Beppe Di Carlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo De Carolis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alessio Franceschini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Salemme in the 79th minute of play. With his leg Alessio Franceschini managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Villagrazia AFC's Achille Salemme fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 91 minutes, Carmine Alfieri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villagrazia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmine Alfieri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Biagio Vinci charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Vinci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Biagio Vinci kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The supporters of Gassino Torinese booed when Villagrazia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Vinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Beppe Demaria sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Villagrazia AFC's Beppe Di Carlo didn't even have to move. Villagrazia AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
