Minoprio AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Biondi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

63 minutes into the game, Alberto Locatelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Minoprio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porto Alpone FC the free kick. 63 minutes into the game, one of Minoprio AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Porto Alpone FC's Edmondo Aversa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fausto Di Felice. Fausto Di Felice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Biondi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Di Felice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Biondi in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Aldo Vitelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Porto Alpone FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Vitelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Di Felice breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elia Tarulli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ferruccio Di Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferruccio Di Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elia Tarulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
