Amos Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Cauli having to interfere. 18 minutes into the game, Campoverardo's Amerigo Filice nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elia Vitucci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 20th match minute, Campoverardo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Albani to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Campoverardo getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ernesto Cilli hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, AVALON FC's Carlo Cardillo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 26 minutes into the match, Campoverardo's goalkeeper Attilio Cauli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Luzi. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campoverardo's goalkeeper Attilio Cauli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filippo Mazzone struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Elia Vitucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campoverardo. If Filippo Mazzone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Campoverardo's Amerigo Filice got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Filippo Mazzone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Vitucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ernesto Luzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 50th minute of the match AVALON FC got a corner. Campoverardo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlo Cardillo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led AVALON FC's Carlo Cardillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Attilio Cauli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amos Salomone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Luzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Attilio Cauli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, AVALON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Marzo to maneuver through the defense. Campoverardo's Alfredo Trinca couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AVALON FC. 61 minutes in the game, Filippo Mazzone fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Elia Vitucci having to interfere. A hard shot 61 in the game by Amerigo Filice from a close distance when the talented Elia Vitucci managed to make a qualified save. AVALON FC's players were relieved. 63 minutes into the game, Ernesto Luzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Attilio Cauli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 70 minutes into the match, Campoverardo's Ernesto Cilli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elia Vitucci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, AVALON FC's Elia Vitucci got control of the ball when Amerigo Filice tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 minutes, Dario Castrucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AVALON FC and the Campoverardo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dario Castrucci kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Filippo Mazzone struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Elia Vitucci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campoverardo. Elia Vitucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Mazzone in the 83rd minute of the match. Campoverardo's Attilio Cauli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amos Salomone in the 85th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, AVALON FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Mazzone came free, but Elia Vitucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amerigo Filice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Vitucci having to interfere.
