To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andrea Capuozzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Fata in the 20th minute of the match. Emanuele Giacomini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Ciaccia in the 22nd minute of play. Grezzana's Andrea Capuozzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Fata in the 30th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Ciro Nobile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grezzana and the Arceto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grezzana's Ciro Nobile got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Bianco De Grandis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Bianco De Grandis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arceto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bianco De Grandis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Capuozzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Bianco De Grandis came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Arceto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bianco De Grandis couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Edoardo Ciaccia made the kick off in the second half. Grezzana's Andrea Capuozzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bianco De Grandis in the 54th minute of play. Bernardo Ronca's late challenge caught a Grezzana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Ronca helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Arceto FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Ronca. Emanuele Giacomini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Ciaccia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anthony Fata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Arceto FC's Emanuele Giacomini got control of the ball when Antonello Ottaviani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrea Capuozzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco De Grandis in the 80th minute of the match. Carmine Tartaglia hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Edoardo Ciaccia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute.
