Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ennio Schiacciacasse started the match with the kick off. Ennio Schiacciacasse struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Fabiano Consalvi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legio XI Claudia. Ennio Schiacciacasse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fabiano Consalvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th play minute Ennio Schiacciacasse came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fabiano Consalvi. 1-0. Ercole De Toni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Consalvi having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Alex Pani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Legio XI Claudia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Stragapede came free, but Dino Persia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes Legio XI Claudia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudio Pasquarelli who took care of the corner kick. Dave Caruso charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dave Caruso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arturo Ciolli's late challenge caught a Legio XI Claudia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Ciolli helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Atletico Madrid 2014's Arturo Ciolli got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Ennio Schiacciacasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ercole De Toni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Legio XI Claudia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ercole De Toni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Consalvi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Legio XI Claudia's Ennio Schiacciacasse in 45 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fabiano Consalvi guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Legio XI Claudia's Ennio Schiacciacasse got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Ercole De Toni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fabiano Consalvi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberigo Ciaccia struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Fabiano Consalvi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legio XI Claudia. Enzo Aversano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Fabiano Consalvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Enzo Aversano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Ciolli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Persia having to interfere. Christian Di Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fabiano Consalvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ennio Schiacciacasse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Consalvi came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Legio XI Claudia's Ercole De Toni. But to his dismay, Ercole De Toni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ennio Schiacciacasse struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Fabiano Consalvi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legio XI Claudia. Fortunato Candeloro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabiano Consalvi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennio Schiacciacasse in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Legio XI Claudia had played much better football throughout.
