After a defensive mix-up in Luvinate's zone, Alberigo Lauria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Clemente came out of the goal and Alberigo Lauria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Clemente came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Milano FC's Felice Brunetta. But to his dismay, Felice Brunetta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Beppe Di Iorios short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Antonio Magliocco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th match minute, Milano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Muciaccia to maneuver through the defense. Arrigo Romano's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Antonio Magliocco - 2-1 was put on the score board in the 29th minute. If Felice Brunetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 35 minutes, Felice Brunetta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Brunetta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberigo Lauria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmondo Gagliano kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Alberigo Lauria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fabio Clemente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Luvinate defense, Felice Brunetta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Clemente. The Luvinate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Clemente should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

65 minutes into the match, Luvinate's goalkeeper Fabio Clemente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberigo Lauria. The audience was convinced that Alberigo Lauria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabio Clemente was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. A collision led to Milano FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Edmondo Gagliano hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Luvinate's Arrigo Romano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Milano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beppe Di Iorio came free, but Antonio Magliocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Milano FC booed when Luvinate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermanno Daniele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Alberigo Lauria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luvinate's Fabio Clemente was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Ferdinando Ottavi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberigo Lauria struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Fabio Clemente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milano FC. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Milano FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
