Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filippo Cavallo took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippo Cavallo in the 3rd minute of play forced Torino FC's goalkeeper Arturo Valcareggi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anfilogino Bontempi struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Fausto Zuccarini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torino FC. 6 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Bontempi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torino FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ginestreto the free kick. After a rather tough play, Torino FC's Anfilogino Bontempi got a free kick in the 6th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Torino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amedeo Baresi came free, but Arturo Valcareggi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Troilo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ginestreto's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dario Santagata in the 26th minute. In the 34th minute Filippo Cavallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Valcareggi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ginestreto's Amedeo Baresi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amedeo Baresi took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Valcareggi. Arturo Valcareggi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Anfilogino Bontempi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fausto Zuccarini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Amedeo Baresi sped through Torino FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Valcareggi. After some careless play in the Ginestreto defense, Florian Mammarella kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fausto Zuccarini. The Ginestreto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fausto Zuccarini should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd match minute, Ginestreto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Mattioli to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Bontempi in the 64th minute of play forced Ginestreto's goalkeeper Fausto Zuccarini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Anfilogino Bontempi came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Torino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anfilogino Bontempi couldn't finish the play. Filippo Cavallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ginestreto's Fausto Zuccarini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Mammarella in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Bontempi in the 78th minute of play forced Ginestreto's goalkeeper Fausto Zuccarini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ginestreto's Fausto Zuccarini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Bontempi in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Amedeo Baresi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ginestreto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amedeo Baresi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Valcareggi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Cavallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Filippo Cavallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Valcareggi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ginestreto supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ginestreto would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
