Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes, Mosezzo's Alvaro Scannella shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fedele Bracco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mosezzo reached it. Borgaretto's Emanuele Spano got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Alessandro Mattioli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fortunato Dionisi. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Carmine Bondi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fortunato Dionisi, 2-0. Carmine Bondi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Fortunato Dionisi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Borgaretto's goal looked a bit too open when Bianco Pagliarini came free, but Fedele Bracco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuele Spano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mosezzo's zone, Carmine Bondi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Dionisi came out of the goal and Carmine Bondi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Achille Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Borgaretto's Carmine Bondi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corrado Marinacci hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Carmine Bondi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fortunato Dionisi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fedele Bracco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bianco Pagliarini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Scannella took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fedele Bracco. Borgaretto's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Bianco Pagliarini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosezzo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bianco Pagliarini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fedele Bracco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bianco Pagliarini was the one to do the kick off. If Alessandro Mattioli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Capobianco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Dionisi having to interfere. If Achille Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Borgaretto were the better team. Borgaretto's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
