The referee ignored Tiorre AFC's protests and gave Alex Gaudino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Alex Gaudino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Bagno's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Del Nero came free, but Bruno Castrucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ennio Basso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Filippo Toppi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alfredo Del Nero, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bruno Castrucci was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Bagno's Alfredo Gaspari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filippo Toppi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Castrucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Micucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Alfredo Del Nero made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Castrucci. Bagno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Alfredo Gaspari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Toppi having to interfere. Tiorre AFC's Alfredo Del Nero got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Alfredo Del Nero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiorre AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Del Nero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Castrucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Bagno's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Del Nero came free, but Bruno Castrucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

52 minutes into the match, Tiorre AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Basso came free, but Filippo Toppi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Ennio Basso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bagno's Bruno Castrucci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Bagno from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Del Nero in the 74th minute of play forced Bagno's goalkeeper Bruno Castrucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fortunato Micucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Micucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Castrucci having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Bagno got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Colaussi. Fortunato Micucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Achille Cannata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennio Basso struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Filippo Toppi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagno. In the 92nd minute Alfredo Gaspari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Toppi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bagno booed when Tiorre AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achille Cannata didn't get a good kick on the ball.
