Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Del Nero started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Basovizza FC's zone, Alfredo Del Nero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beppe Galliani came out of the goal and Alfredo Del Nero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 played minutes Tiorre AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alex Gaudino. Beppe Galliani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Del Nero in the 14th minute of play. Carmine Caretti's late challenge caught a Tiorre AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmine Caretti helped the player get up and apologised. Carmine Caretti kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Filippo Del Vecchio hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Angelo Del Bello came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Basovizza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Del Bello couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Achille Cannata during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Achille Cannata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filippo Toppi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Del Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Basovizza FC's Cristoforo Masciarelli in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tiorre AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Alex Gaudino kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Masciarelli in the 33rd minute of play forced Tiorre AFC's goalkeeper Filippo Toppi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filippo Toppi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Del Bello in the 36th minute of the match. Filippo Toppi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Del Bello, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 45th minute Tiorre AFC were awarded a corner. Fulvio Carosella went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristoforo Masciarelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Angelo Del Bello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Micucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Beppe Galliani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filippo Toppi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Masciarelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 68 minutes, Angelo Del Bello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basovizza FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Del Bello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Basovizza FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Davide Prosperi hit a great ball. Achille Cannata got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Filippo Toppi made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Angelo Del Bello sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Cristoforo Masciarelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Toppi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Del Bello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Basovizza FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tiorre AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
