If Carter Melis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Gallo in the 18th minute of play forced Gallignano FC's goalkeeper Fabio Bobbio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Alberto Gallo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fabio Bobbio, passed just outside the right post. Carter Melis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Beattie having to interfere. Alberigo Bertolini hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ciccio Bucci was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Gallignano FC's Franco Di Berardino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ettore Beattie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Franco Di Berardino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Beattie having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Carter Melis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ettore Beattie. Settimo Torinese FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carter Melis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Franco Di Berardino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Beattie having to interfere. The Settimo Torinese FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gallignano FC were winning 0-2.

54 minutes into the match, Florian De Feo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Gallignano FC's Fabio Bobbio. Fabio Bobbio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Florian De Feo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Settimo Torinese FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian De Feo couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Alberto Gallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabio Bobbio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Gallignano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian De Feo came free, but Fabio Bobbio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Gallignano FC got a freekick which was hit by Comunardo Presutti. 69 minutes into the game, Alberto Gallo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fabio Bobbio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute, Alberigo Bertolini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Bobbio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian De Feo in the 84th minute of play. Fabio Bobbio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian De Feo in the 86th minute of the match. Alberto Gallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Bobbio having to interfere. Franco Di Berardino might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ettore Beattie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Di Berardino ran back to his position shaking his head. Ettore Beattie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Melis in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Gallignano FC booed when Settimo Torinese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesare Verdone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franco Di Berardino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Ettore Beattie made a huge save.
