Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Spizzichino AFC's Anselmo Bottega started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Casticciano AFC booed when Spizzichino AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Ruscitti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Spizzichino AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Spagnuolo came free, but Ernesto Attili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 played minutes Spizzichino AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Ruscitti. Rafinha Machado hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Colelli in the 12th minute of play forced Spizzichino AFC's goalkeeper Ernesto Attili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spizzichino AFC's Ernesto Attili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Mameli in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Fontanive during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Spizzichino AFC booed when Casticciano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Fontanive didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Brunetta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Bottega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Spizzichino AFC's zone, Christian Fontanive stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Attili came out of the goal and Christian Fontanive tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonello Fontanive received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Antonio Brunetta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Brunetta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Corrente in the 29th minute of play. Anselmo Bottega was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Casticciano AFC's Cesare Granata suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 31 minutes, Rafinha Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spizzichino AFC and the Casticciano AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 33 minutes into the match, Casticciano AFC's Alex Spagnuolo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Attili narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anselmo Bottega had several of the Casticciano AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Antonio Brunetta as he didn't even see the shot coming. Napoleón Sánchez kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Alex Spagnuolo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Attili having to interfere. Casticciano AFC's Alex Spagnuolo got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alex Spagnuolo to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Spizzichino AFC's goalkeeper Ernesto Attili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Spagnuolo. Ernesto Attili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Spagnuolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Daniele Mameli in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Spizzichino AFC's Rafinha Machado. In the 61st minute, Anselmo Bottega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Aurelio Colelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Spizzichino AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Napoleón Sánchez hit a great ball. When Anselmo Bottega came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Spizzichino AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Bottega couldn't finish the play. Christian Fontanive's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Attili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Bottega in the 82nd minute of play forced Casticciano AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Brunetta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Casticciano AFC's zone, Anselmo Bottega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Brunetta came out of the goal and Anselmo Bottega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Attili made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Aurelio Colelli sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Spizzichino AFC had won after a very even match.
