With a little luck, Sciranna AFC's Frank Lavatrice got control of the ball when Corrado Lozzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Cristoforo Pace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Mladost's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristoforo Pace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberigo Iacobucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Cala in the 21st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Camillo Staniscia in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Real Mladost's Carlo Di Marino. Frank Lavatrice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristoforo Pace in the 26th minute of the match. Corrado Lozzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Frank Lavatrice made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Pace had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Lavatrice. Sciranna AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristoforo Pace was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 31 minutes into the game, Anselmo Disastro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sciranna AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Mladost the free kick. After 31 played minutes Sciranna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Disastro. Corrado Lozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Frank Lavatrice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, Real Mladost was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Imperatrice to maneuver through the defense. After 40 played minutes, Sciranna AFC's Anselmo Disastro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alberigo Iacobucci came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sciranna AFC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Cala in the 41st minute of play forced Real Mladost's goalkeeper Alberigo Iacobucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute of the match, Cristoforo Pace tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frank Lavatrice saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cristoforo Pace made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Camillo Cala could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Alberigo Iacobucci however easily saved by the left post. Camillo Cala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberigo Iacobucci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes in the game, Alberigo Federici fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alberigo Iacobucci having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Federici in the 67th minute of play forced Real Mladost's goalkeeper Alberigo Iacobucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristoforo Pace's late challenge caught a Sciranna AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Pace helped the player get up and apologised. Cristoforo Pace kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match.
