An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Mancinelli in the 13th minute of play forced Hyblae FC's goalkeeper Ciro Ragazzoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hyblae FC's Ciro Ragazzoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Mancinelli in the 15th minute of play. Fabiano Marinacci was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ciro Contaldi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Ciro Contaldi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabiano Marinacci. Ciro Contaldi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ciro Ragazzoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Mancinelli in the 27th minute of the match. If Fabiano Ceccarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Aivils Zandars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferruccio Mancinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ciro Ragazzoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aivils Zandars during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Fabiano Ceccarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formigosa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabiano Ceccarelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Ragazzoni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 38 played minutes Hyblae FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Fabrizio. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Fabiano Ceccarelli made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Anselmo Colasante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hyblae FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Colasante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Marinacci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Ceccarelli in the 55th minute of play forced Hyblae FC's goalkeeper Ciro Ragazzoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Marinacci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Carlucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Formigosa FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
